In London, a standard PM who only manages JIRA tickets will cap out around £90,000. To push past £140,000, you must transition into Growth Product Management or Platform PM. If you can prove that your product strategies directly increased user retention by 15% or successfully launched a new, compliant financial product across three European countries, you become a revenue driver, commanding elite compensation.
