In Dubai, a standard PM who only manages JIRA tickets and writes basic PRDs will cap out around 350,000 AED. To push past 550,000 AED, you must transition into Growth Product Management. If you can prove that your A/B tests and product strategies directly increased user retention by 15% or doubled the conversion rate of a checkout flow, you become a revenue driver, commanding elite compensation.
