The "Performance & Data" Premium
If your skillset is limited to posting on Instagram and writing blog posts, your salary will cap out around 120,000 AED. To push past 280,000 AED, you must transition into Data-Driven Performance Marketing. If you can confidently manage a $500k/month ad budget, implement complex GA4 tracking, integrate campaigns directly with Salesforce, and prove a 4x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), you become a revenue-generator, commanding elite pay.
