The "Cloud Migration & Architecture" Premium
If you only know how to run backups and basic index rebuilds on an on-premise SQL Server, your salary will cap out around 200,000 AED. To push past 350,000 AED, you must become a Cloud Database Architect. If you can design highly available, multi-region database architectures on AWS or Azure, and successfully migrate legacy Oracle databases to the cloud with zero downtime, you become a critical asset to any major corporation in the UAE.
